Time Table
The time from purchase to sale of an asset depends on the scope of work required. Investments that do not require city permits or structural change are typically completed within 60 days. These are relatively simple and usually include new paint interior/exterior, complete kitchen remodel, updated bathrooms, roof, carpet, and landscaping. When adding square footage to a property, an average of 90 days is required to complete construction. The estimated cost breakdown and timetable for each property is detailed in writing prior to any capital investment.
